UI Overview
This page provides a visual overview of the main DeDuplica screens to help you navigate the application.
Dashboard
After logging in you land on the main dashboard. It gives a quick summary of current duplicates back log, recent duplicates detected and completed. It also shows a list of recent jobs executions.
Connections
Navigate to System → Connections to manage your data source connection. Click a connection to edit credentials and access details or test the connection.
Jobs
The Jobs section lists all configured deduplication jobs. Inside a job, the configuration is split across tabs:

| Source Definition | Choose the table, fields, and filters |
| Find Duplicates | Configure matching fields, algorithms, rank, and strictness |
| Process Duplicates | Define merge rules and output JSON structure |
| Action Duplicates | Set up webhooks, auto-merge, or manual review |
| Test | Run against a small subset to validate rules |
| Logs | View run history and logs |
Duplicates
The Duplicates section shows all found duplicate pairs across all jobs. You can filter by status (Pending, Completed, Cancelled, Locked), review the matched records side by side, inspect the generated merge JSON, and take action.

System Settings
System → Settings contains account-level configuration: plan management, webhook endpoints, and log retention policies.
